Starting your Business in Romania

The Process of Company Formation in Romania
The Process of Company Formation, Step by Step...
How to Start the Company Formation Process?
According to current Romanian laws, the company registration process (excluding bank account opening) can be completed without personal presence.
The company formation process begins with a consultation over the phone.
You provide three possible company names in priority order, and we try to reserve the first choice. If unavailable, we proceed with the second or third choice.
After name reservation, an optional personal meeting can be scheduled at the SOHO Office in Oradea.
A visit in Oradea ensures a meeting with the managing director, who is also the owner of the office building which provides the registered office. Following this, you will have a legal consultation with the lawyer to sign the company registration papers. If necessary, we will also apply for VAT registration and the EU tax number, which every new company is entitled to have by law.
The subsequent company registration process takes approximately 3-4 business days.
The next step involves a final meeting in Oradea for bank account opening and selecting an accountant, as well as a final discussion with them.
Don't forget that throughout the process, our team will be by your side, assisting you to ensure everything goes smoothly!
